Very Happy Customer!
Isabelle saves the day! I wrote a 1 star review last week after the lamp only worked a few times before it stopped. I could not get any reaction from it after recharging and changing the batteries to the remote. Isabelle emailed me, very apologetic and gave me a troubleshooting instruction. It worked again almost immediately and now this BEAUTIFUL light is glowing inside our home. I am mesmerized by it and so thankful for Isabelle’s help. I could not figure out how to remove my 1 star review so I hope people read this one. I really felt taken care of by this company’s service and promptly resolving the issue, which was my fault not the product itself. Highly recommend this light!
